Reclaiming Our Inner Voice

A storytelling circle for healing, reflection, and empowerment

So many of us have been taught to silence our instincts—to question our feelings, to stay quiet, to put others first even when something doesn’t feel right. Over time, we lose trust in our own voice.

This workshop is an invitation to come back to ourselves.

Through the power of storytelling, we will explore what it means to reclaim our inner voice—our intuition, our truth, our yes and our no. Together, we’ll listen to a story that opens up space for healing and reflection. We’ll share what resonates, connect with each other, and gently unpack the ways we’ve learned to stay small—and how we can begin to expand again.

Led by storyteller Marianna Portela, this session is held in a safe, women-only space where you are free to speak, reflect, or simply listen. Through group conversation and activities, we will honour the wisdom we’ve carried all along, and support one another in reconnecting with it.

No experience is needed, just come as you are.

Let’s reclaim what has always been ours.
