Reiki Training requires you learn the precepts and principles of Reiki to support you to become a great teacher, and Mindfulness is woven into its essence of these practices.
Reiki and Mindfulness is about conversation with the body, the mind and the emotions. We slow down to listen to ourselves and to what is blocking the vitality we desire in our lives. We then use the active practices of the Reiki principles/precepts and mindfulness to welcome that vitality back to us.
