Join us for a golden hour walk around the Tynemouth coast, followed by a short sensory-regulating guided meditation on the beach

The days are finally long enough for sunset evening strolls, so what better way to break up the week than a walk along the coast and a meditation during golden hour. Let's Get Grounded is a zero-socialising-pressure event. This is a chance for us neurodivergent people to coexist and get that community feeling without the need to mask.


We will meet at the top of the bank just up from Crusoe's and start with a calming walk around the Tynemouth coast. This is a lush opportunity for us to get to know each other - yapping is very much welcome, and so is just walking along in silence! This is YOUR time, to fill up your cup in whichever way feels good to you.


Then, if you fancy it, I will lead you through a short guided meditation on the beach, specifically designed to regulate your nervous system. This will help you to reset and feel rejuvenated, ready to take on the upcoming week.


Please bring a mat/towel/blanket to sit on for the meditation :)
