Join Sony United Kingdom for a hands-on Lightroom Editing Workshop with award-winning photographer Daniel Murray, hosted at the Sony Theatre inside W London, in the heart of Soho.

Designed for intermediate-level photographers, this practical session focuses on how to elevate your street photography through thoughtful, intentional editing. Daniel will walk through his Lightroom workflow step by step, covering core adjustments such as exposure, colour, cropping, sharpening, and mood — with a deeper dive into advanced masking techniques for precise, clean edits.

Daniel will demonstrate his process live on a laptop, and participants are encouraged to follow along using their own images or provided sample files. By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence and skills to edit more efficiently, consistently, and creatively.

Who can attend

This event series is open to all ages.
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All participants must hold a valid ticket.

What to bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID plus a secondary form of ID
• Laptop with Lightroom installed and charger (essential for this session)
• A selection of your own images to edit
• Two high-capacity, high-speed SD cards (recommended: 128GB, V30 or higher)
• Water bottle and a small snack

Arrival information

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.
Due to the tightly scheduled programme, late arrivals may not be accommodated and tickets may be forfeited.

W London Hotel arrival instructions:
Take the lift to Level 1 Reception and wait for a Sony or W London team member, who will escort you to the Theatre at the start of your session.
