Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move stretch and breathe.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We would recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow, two blankets, a drink and any other prop you feel comfortable using.

Who is Mindful Moments for?

Mindful Moments welcomes anyone who is looking for a movement and relaxation class. Suitable for everyone including beginners, but you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Does the Cathedral have toilet facilities?

Yes we do. This includes an accessible toilet.

Will there be refreshments available?

Jugs of water will be provided for those taking part in the session.

Does the Cathedral have a car park?

The Cathedral does not have its own car park but there are a number of public car parks within a few minutes walking distance. You can find out more about parking in Chelmsford city centre on the Chelmsford City Council website.
