1. Do I need to have yoga experience to join?

No! These sessions are open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. You’ll be guided through a gentle flow and yin practice at a pace that suits everyone.

2. What should I bring?

Please bring:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ A journal and pen for reflection
✔️ Any props you like (e.g., blocks, yoga strap, blanket) for extra comfort
✔️ A water bottle

3. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows for movement. Since we’ll be moving from a gentle flow into yin, you may want to bring a light sweater or socks for the slower, more restorative part of the practice.

4. When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts to settle in and get comfortable. We will start promptly, and doors to entrance venue will close 2-3 minutes before we start.

5. What if I can’t make it?

Due to limited spaces, bookings are non-refundable 48 hours before. However, if you can’t make it, you may be able to transfer your spot to someone else—just let me know in advance.

6. Can I eat before class?

It’s best to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 1-2 hours before practice to stay comfortable during movement and meditation.

In the unlikely event that the class is canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

Hi, I’m Stef, yoga teacher and designer. I’ve been teaching for 6+ years, with a focus on mindful vinyasa, yin and meditation. These moon-inspired classes are a space to slow down, reset, and move with intention, guided by the energy of the lunar cycles. Come as you are, let’s begin this journey.
