Creativity Walk - Puppetry walk and workshop
Animate Puppet Co are hosting a Walk & Workshop event in Boorley Green.
Starting at Boorley Green Community Centre, this easy going, laid back walk will explore the pathways and grounds of the new estate at Boorley Green, including Ford Lake. Acting as an ice breaker, this walk will give participants the chance to get to know each other and the Animate team.
At the end of the walk, Animate will be hosting a 1 hour puppetry workshop on Borley Green Park. This engaging workshop introduces participants to the wonderful world of puppetry in an exciting and inclusive atmosphere. Our hands-on, collaborative approach uses a multiple-person puppet style that promotes creative growth and strong mental well-being. Participants will create short stories together before sharing their work with the rest of the group - giving an opportunity for both artistic input and output.
After the event, why not join us for refreshment in the Community Centre cafe.
