Relaxation Evening: When Things Return

Meditation, EFT Tapping, breathwork & relaxation to calm your nervous system, release tension and help you feel grounded and steady again.

Sometimes we think we’ve dealt with something, let it go, moved forward… and then it comes back.

A thought. A worry. An old feeling. A memory. That familiar tension in your body.

And it can be frustrating. I thought I was over this. Why am I back here again?

This relaxation evening is about recognising that things returning doesn’t mean you’ve gone backwards.

Following January’s Letting Go theme, we’ll explore what happens when the things we’ve tried to release make their way back — just like waves returning to the shore.

And because it happens to fall on Valentine’s Day, there’ll be a little self-kindness woven in too — without the cheesy self-love stuff!

During the session you'll experience:

• Nervous system regulation exercises
• Gentle breathwork
• EFT (tapping)
• Guided meditation
• Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, ocean drum and gong

No experience is needed and beginners are always welcome.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket (recommended for warmth)
• Cushion or pillow for support
• Crystals and crystal jewellery are on sale at the event, bring your card if you wish to purchase anything :)
