Join us for a workshop on gaining confidence and speaking up confidently in any situation!
Wellbeing Workshop: “Assert Yourself with Confidence & Ease”
Ready to say “no” without guilt and reclaim your personal power? This transformative session is your invitation to let go of outdated obligations and step into a more empowered, authentic version of yourself.
What You’ll Experience:
Discover the true meaning of assertion—what it is, what it isn’t, and how it differs from aggression or passivity.
Identify what’s no longer serving you and learn how to release it with compassion and clarity.
Rebuild your boundaries by crafting your own personal “Boundary Shield”—a creative and empowering exercise to help you define and protect your emotional space.
Practice assertive communication in a safe, supportive environment with Rachel, so you can feel confident using your voice in real life.
Reset & Recharge:
- Immerse yourself in a soothing visualisation and colour therapy-infused meditation, designed to restore your inner calm and reignite your self-worth.
- Leave the session feeling radiant, grounded, and ready to face the world with renewed confidence and unapologetic assertion.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a reset for your soul.
