As researchers we are juggling a lot of campaigns, projects, candidates and clients at once. Project and time management is critical to the success of our assignments and ensuring that we meet the needs and demands of our clients and candidates. How can you stay in control of your growing workload and how can you ensure you are meeting your objectives?

It can often be challenging to keep on top of our campaigns and managing client expectations. This interactive session is geared for both novice and experienced researchers to help give you the tools to manage multiple projects successfully, as well as ensuring your candidates and clients are informed throughout the process. We will look to cover:

• How to manage multiple projects
• Time management and how we can ensure we are meeting performance objectives
• Scheduling
• Managing client and candidate expectations, including feedback.

In addition, we will look to understand what happens once an assignment is completed. What do we do with our knowledge and new contacts? How can we build on these networks for the future?
