As researchers, we are not only juggling multiple campaigns, projects, candidates and clients, we are the engine room for all searches so getting it right at the beginning is critical to ensure we meet the needs and demands of our clients and candidates. Ensuring we are prepared and understand the importance of project and time management is needed, as well as ensuring we can advise confidently at the briefing table to manage expectations throughout the process.
This interactive session is geared for both novice and experienced researchers to help give you the tools and ideas to get your projects up and running successfully, as well as ensuring we are able to be that confident advisor at the briefing stage.
