Join us for an engaging learning event introducing Rethink Formulation, a framework that supports objective analysis, shared understanding and effective planning. Aligned with relational and restorative practice, Rethink Formulation is a core element of the Leeds Practice Model for Children and Families services which informs and underpins a restorative approach across services for Children & Families in Leeds.
Delegates will be introduced to Rethink Formulation as a starting point of a circular and continuous process that guides interventions – and will learn how this process emphasises effective relationships, strong alignment, staying focused, evaluating progress and using evidence-based approaches.
Colleagues from Early Help and Social Work in Leeds will share how they use Rethink Formulation in practice and the positive impact on outcomes for families. The event will demonstrate how Rethink Formulation is applicable to all work with all services for children, young people and their families, at any level of intervention.
It will be interactive with opportunities to reflect and connect with others
