What do I need to bring with me?

All runners must check in on the day, when run numbers will be issued. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email as proof of ID. As well as your own water bottle; appropriate clothing and any fancy dress you wish!

What time do I need to arrive?

Each distance has a different check in and start time, so please refer to the timings listed on this page for check your specific run.  Check in for each run will close 15 mins before the start time to enable the safety briefing and warm to take place.

Are runs open to all ages?

Purchasing tickets available to over 18's only. 4k participants must be at least 11 years old and 11-14 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.2.5k any age can run but under 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I run with my dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes - well behaved, non-reactive dogs on a fixed lead can accompany an owner. However, participants have to adhere to these safety measures: Start at the back to avoid collisions with others; throughout the run, consider other runners in your path /nearby and all dog mess to be cleared immediately

What should I wear to participate?

We recommend wearing layers and breathable fabrics for running, along with a change of warm, dry clothes for afterwards.

Do I receive anything for finishing?

Yes! We are offering finishers, antlers, mince pies (or alternative), and medals!

Are refreshments available at the event?

Yes we will have a provision for drinks, water available to finishers and one or more street food stalls in the start/finish area.

Yes! You can sign up on the day, but we encourage you to sign up in advance if you are able to so we can ensure appropriate numbers are met/ not over running (pardon the pun) on the day.
