This is Giovanni, the travelling baker and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign, an independent charity that researches and shares methods to produce better bread for communities ( without additives and preservatives)

During the workshop we will make the following products :

Mixed Grain Onion Rolls;

Ricotta & Oregano Knots;

Coconut Milk Sugar Buns;

You’ll be guided through choosing the right ingredients, flour, kneading and shaping the dough, and how to get the right results in the oven.
