We're looking for VCSE colleagues who work directly with the community and can help us ensure their voices are front and centre, as we develop our work as part of the National Neighbourhood Health Implement Programme (NNHIP)

This is an exciting opportunity for us to explore how we can work together to help the people of Stockton-on-Tees to live healthier, happier lives.

As part of the NNHIP, Stockton-on-Tees has been selected as a Wave 1 site - giving us a unique opportunity to test new ways of working that start with what matters most to our communities.
