Join me Lucy, sound healing therapist, at Awaken Within for the ultimate relaxation at a SOUNDBATH (with opening grounding meditation)

Friday 22nd May, 6.30-7.45pm,

Glebelands Community Centre, Ferring, BN12 5JL

Relax in vibration as you bathe in the sounds of singing bowls, healing instruments and of course, the resonance of the gong! I am so excited to share this practice with you. Feel free to wear comfy clothes. Please bring along a mat, blanket & pillow, (maybe an eye pillow if you have one, though I have a few of these to share).

We’ll begin with a beautiful guided meditation to set the tone of this relaxing evening. All you need to do is lay down, relax and release with a further full hour hour of uninterrupted bathing in sound!There are SO many benefits to this beautiful ritual and I feel blessed to be able to share them with you all.

The session will begin with a short meditative relaxation (approx 10/15 mins) followed by approximately 1 hour of uninterrupted sound healing.

£16 (Early Bird) (available up to 72 hours before the event)

£17.50 (Later booking) (available within 72 hours of the event)

Please note, bookings are unable to be refunded or exchanged within 72 hours of the event start time)
