Grounded in Light is a calming spring meditation and immersive sound journey designed to help your body and nervous system feel settled, supported, and safe as the season shifts.
If you feel tired but can’t fully switch off — this session is for you.
Not tired as in sleepy.
Tired as in:
- wired but exhausted
- holding everything together
- mentally “on” all the time
- struggling to properly relax

On 12th April, I’m holding a deeply calming meditation and immersive sound journey designed to help your nervous system slow down and reset.
We begin with simple grounding practices and guided meditation to help your body feel safe and steady.
You’ll then be guided into a restorative sound journey using bowls and layered tones to support deep relaxation and integration.
What to Expect
• A small, quiet group setting
• Guided grounding meditation (you won’t be left alone)
• A restorative sound journey while you rest comfortably
• Gentle lighting and a calm atmosphere
• Time to slowly reorient before leaving
No experience needed. You don’t need to know how to meditate — you just need to show up.
This is not a high-energy workshop.
There’s no pressure to “improve yourself.”
It’s space to properly soften.
You’ll leave feeling:
• calmer
• physically lighter
• mentally quieter
• more rested than when you arrived
Suitable for beginners and regulars alike.
After the session, there will be a small optional selection of crystal jewellery available to browse if you feel drawn — always with no pressure.
