Do I need to be creative to take part?

I believe everyone is creative. You may not have expressed your creativity in sometime, but the guided exercises will help you get back in touch with your innate creativity.

Yes. Please get in touch with any dietary requirements.

No. Whilst the retreat is led by a qualified dramatherapist and is guided by principles of Environmental Arts Therapy and will feel therapeutic, it is not explicitly therapy. You are encouraged to engage in the activities and sharing to whatever extent and at whatever depth feels right for you.

Do I need to have any experience in therapy, creativity, ritual or nature-based work to take part?

No. Everyone is welcome. All offerings will be an invitation, meaning if there is something you do not want to do or take part in, that is welcome. Equally, you will be guided every step of the way to take part in as much of the day as you like.
