Sunset Serenity
Overview

A peaceful hour of guided journaling and meditation to help you unmask and reset your nervous system

As neurodivergent people, our nervous systems are chronically dysregulated from the stress of navigating the neurotypical world around us. We often require more rest than neurotypical people do just for us to be able to go about our normal lives.

Journaling and meditation can seem daunting and overwhelming, and that often puts people off trying them. But both practices can do wonders for helping our neurodivergent brains to regulate, leading to reduced overwhelm and potentially reducing meltdowns.

This session is a chance for you to engage in these practices and experience the benefits of them without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed. There is no right or wrong and you will not be asked to share any of your writing, it is just an opportunity for you to connect with yourself.

I will be sharing with you the art of brain-dumping, and also giving you writing prompts so you can get the most out of journaling without the fear of not knowing where to start. We will finish with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the week.
