About this programme
A structured and supportive 6-week journey to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session builds progressively, combining movement, breath, and deep rest to support a shift from tension and overwhelm towards greater calm, clarity, and balance.
What to expect
Each session follows a simple rhythm:
Breathe → Move → Relax
You’ll be guided through:
- Gentle movement including yoga and qigong
- Breathing techniques to calm and regulate your system
- Learn some self- massage techniques for the head, face, neck & shoulders to release tension
- Meditation and deep relaxation
- ✨ Includes 2 extended gong relaxation sessions (Weeks 3 & 6)
What you’ll gain
- Practical tools to manage stress in daily life
- Simple practices (5–10 minutes) you can maintain
- Relief from physical tension and mental overwhelm
- A greater sense of calm, clarity, and balance
