Therapeutic Art Workshop

Deepanshi founded non-profit Rain On Me in 2018, after living with mental health struggles for over a decade. She wanted to meet people who would understand her and reassure her that she was not alone in her struggles. Of course, as more people started attending, she realised how badly everyone else needed this sense of community as well. And now in the form of afree, London and international peer support group, Rain On Me provides a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone needing to vent their mental distress or work on their self-growth. Rain On Me's in-person monthly sessions take place at Charing Cross Library.

The Brick Lane Gallery

Rain On Me is having a public Art Exhibition at the Brick Lane Gallery from the 6th-11th June 2023! This interactive workshop is led by like-minded people with lived experience. It is a safe space for you to share your experience and also support others in the community. We will be using therapeutic arts to raise self-awareness, encourage acceptance and change.All discussions are completely confidential (unless your safety is at immediate risk). We will provide you with the materials required. This is a free session although we do appreciate any donations as it helps us maintain this safe space.
