This is in-person weekly yoga session.
Thursday from 7 pm to 8 pm
Bullbrook Community Centre, Bay Road, Bracknell, RG12 2NL.
Parking is available outside the venue and washrooms are in the centre.
PLEASE BRING a yoga Mat to practice yoga poses and a Blanket to cover yourself while doing relaxation. You may like to bring any prop if you use it ( cushion, eye pillow if you have one). Please wear comfortable clothing with layers. Please bring warm water or herbal tea after the session.
There are chairs available for people who would like to explore yoga on a chair.- so sessions are open to those who have restricted movement, strength or flexibility.
