Of course you can. It can be hard to find words for how we feel and what we carry in our body. If you are feeling the call to be here then please come along.

Im feeling nervous and don't know what to expect?

There is no obligation to take part in any of the practices, just being in the space and letting what wants to move through is all welcome and there is no expectation to feel anything at all. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about it further.

What makes this an 'introduction' to grief tending?

This circle is suitable for those that have not been to a grief circle before and can include elements such as journaling, sharing circles, ritual, movement, music, song and meditation.

I have recently had a bereavement am I ok to join?

Bereavements move through us all in different ways and are at different stages. To know how best to support you please get in touch for chat.
